About the role
Sarj AI builds Voice AI and AI agent products. This Riyadh-based QA Engineer works with engineering and product teams to improve software quality and release reliability. Responsibilities: - Design and execute test plans, cases and test scenarios. - Perform manual and automated testing. - Record, track and help resolve defects. - Conduct functional, regression and performance tests. - Validate new features ahead of releases. - Improve QA processes, testing frameworks and test documentation.
Requirements
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in software QA, testing and AI technologies. - Strong knowledge of testing principles and methods. - Detail-oriented analytical and problem-solving skills. - Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English. - Based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh. Preferred: - Familiarity with testing tools or programming languages.
