What this is

Riyadh Tech Week is a running guide to the Saudi tech year: a calendar of events across the Kingdom, a lightweight directory of startups building here, and occasional writing about how the ecosystem fits together. The name starts in Riyadh; the coverage doesn't stop there — Jeddah, Dhahran, Khobar, NEOM and anywhere else it's happening.

It exists because the information is scattered. Events live in group chats and one-off posts, and if you weren't in the room last time, you don't hear about the next one. This is an attempt to keep one honest list, updated all year rather than for one week in February.

What it isn't: an investor database, a funding tracker, or an analytics product. There are no accounts, no ratings, no comments, and no maps. If you want to know who raised what, this is the wrong site.

Riyadh Tech Week is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LEAP, Tahaluf, MCIT, SAFCSP, or any government entity. Event details are collected from public sources and submissions, and may be wrong — check with the organiser before you travel.
