About the role
Sarj AI is seeking a Product Engineer to build tailored customer solutions using its Voice AI and AI-agent products. Responsibilities: - Partner with sales teams to understand customer goals and requirements. - Translate needs into proposed technical and product solutions. - Build and integrate customised solutions and lightweight tools. - Create client demonstrations, answer technical questions and collect feedback. - Iterate on prototypes and integrations with product and engineering. - Hand over agreed projects and implementation details to delivery teams. - Build websites and small tools using modern AI-assisted development approaches.
Requirements
Requirements: - At least 1 year in product, engineering, business analysis or a similar technology role. - Excellent Arabic and English, including fluency in the Saudi dialect. - Creative problem-solving and end-to-end ownership. - Comfortable presenting solutions directly to clients. - Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies. Preferred: - APIs, integrations, low-code or no-code tools. - AI-assisted prototyping, websites and internal tooling. - Solutions consulting, pre-sales or customer-facing technical experience.
