About the role
Sarj AI is hiring an AI Deployment Lead to own customer-facing delivery of AI solutions from discovery and requirements through implementation. Responsibilities: - Discover customer problems and define practical AI-powered use cases. - Convert business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams. - Coordinate sprints, milestones and delivery quality. - Work across customers, data science, engineering and product teams. - Own implementation communications, stakeholder relationships and customer expectations. - Resolve delivery issues and negotiate scope, priorities and trade-offs under pressure.
Requirements
Requirements: - 3+ years in customer-facing technical delivery, implementation, consulting, solutions engineering or technical account management. - Understanding of AI/ML, data workflows and model deployment. - Ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineers. - Strong stakeholder management, project delivery, communication and negotiation skills. - Sound judgment, attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity. - Ability to challenge assumptions and manage difficult customer conversations.
