About the role
Design and improve Arabic/English voice AI agent prompts and conversation flows; integrate client systems via APIs/webhooks, build POCs, test edge cases, own client implementations from discovery to go-live, review transcripts and quality rubrics, diagnose hallucinations and optimise live agent performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or related; up to 2 years relevant experience (graduates with internships welcome). Fluent Arabic and English, LLM/prompt engineering fundamentals, API/webhook/JSON familiarity, client communication and project ownership. Python/JavaScript a plus.
