About the role
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and Docker deployments, Terraform cloud infrastructure, monitoring and alerting, automation and incident resolution for an AI customer experience platform. Work with engineers to improve platform reliability and release processes.
Requirements
5–7 years in DevOps, cloud or platform engineering; GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins; Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS or GCP, Python, Linux, networking, Git, monitoring and security practices. SaaS and MLOps exposure desirable.
