The United Nations' global data community meets in Riyadh for four days of statistics, policy and data infrastructure.

The United Nations World Data Forum convenes national statistical offices, researchers, civil society and technology organisations around the production and use of data for development. The sixth edition is hosted in Riyadh at the Sofitel Hotel & Convention Centre. The agenda leans towards policy, methodology and public-sector data systems rather than commercial technology, and it is the most internationally significant data gathering the Kingdom has hosted.
