KAUST's in-person Rising Stars in AI symposium in Thuwal for early-career AI researchers. Speaker applications close 15 Nov 2026.
KAUST, through its Center of Excellence for Generative AI, hosts the Rising Stars in AI Symposium on 1-3 February 2027, 8am-5pm, in Building 19 at KAUST, Thuwal. The three-day in-person symposium is for outstanding PhD students, postdocs and early-career faculty across AI, including computer vision, NLP, systems, theory, physical AI, agentic AI, AI safety and AI for science. Speaker applications are open until 15 November 2026, with travel and accommodation covered for selected speakers. Attendance is in person only; attendee registration details are not yet published.
