A two-day Riyadh coding hackathon where developers, AI engineers and technology architects build digital solutions addressing global hunger.

The BCG Platinion Hackathon 2026 runs simultaneously across several international hubs, with Riyadh as an official on-site location. Participants code and build working technology addressing food insecurity, including food-distribution logistics, access to clean water, support for smallholder farmers and nutritional tracking, guided by BCG Platinion AI technology consultants and architects. It is aimed at IT architects, AI Tech Architects, developers, data scientists, AI engineers, technical consultants and web developers. AI tools are explicitly permitted. Participation is free and the current application deadline is 13 September 2026.
